Great dealership! Love the team!!

Bought my road glide brand new here back in 2019 and been enjoying it and making it my own over the years, always get my bike serviced and worked on here since day 1. The service department is very fast, super knowledgeable and do great work, I've had a few warranty repairs and they always keep you in the loop and sometimes have it done and ready to ride same day! The floor staff and merch ladies are all very friendly as well and never over excessive trying to get a sale like most dealers. Definitely my only go to harley dealer

In DFW area for work and noticed this dealership because of the size. We were greeted by Jason very shortly after entering. I am writing this review because of Jason. His customer service is top notch. As a business owner, I want all of my employees to be as customer focused as he was. He took time to show us the entire layout and pointed out all of the great things they do here like events, rides, custom work, their customer signature panels, stressed how their customers are family and much more. We have not purchased anything at this time. I am sitting at one of their tables enjoying a free cold beer and talking to other employees that are just as friendly and helpful as well as some of their family. Always greeted at the door when we arrive. Everone is always helpful. Someone available to answer any questions we might have. Past experience, if one does not have the answer they find the department employee who does. Ask for Denise in Merch if you don't see what your looking for.

This is by far one of the best Harley dealerships ive visited staff is super friendly and the dealership is huge I was traveling and stopped to get my bike looked at, they got me in and out as soon as possible and while there I met Denise and Regan in motor clothes they were both very accommodating and Denise is very (convincing) lol ! Will definitely stop here anytime Im in town .

This place was amazing. I worked with Ryan and throughout the entire process he treated me with professionalism. Never at any point did I feel pressured into anything I did not want to do. I started shopping for bikes back in August and have visited a few Harley dealerships around the area. When I was finally ready to buy I instantly hit up Ryan because out of everyone I talked to around the dealerships, he made me feel the most comfortable. Jose was a great help with my first purchase of a Harley Davidson. It was big step but i was in good hands and he was very knowledgeable about the bikes great guy.

My wife and I wanted a Harley to ride together that was comfortable and made her feel safe. Micah Long and the Texas Harley-Davidson Team put us on a Triglide and the rest is history. The whole experience was great. We showed up later in the day, but they were more than happy to stay past closing to make sure we had what we needed. This kind of service is how you make raving fans.

Purchased my 2022 Roadglide ST from here (May 2022), bike had been customized from new with the SE 131 engine kit, exhaust & some other features. Sales team were professional and the experience when closing the sale, dropping off my trade and picking up my new bike was excellent. All in all a very good and pleasant experience.

I called Texas Harley looking for a 2022 Road Glide Limited and spoke to Becca. I told her what I was looking for and she scheduled a time for me to come in and test ride it. She was very professional and helpful. She introduced me to Freddy my salesman and we went out for a test drive together. Freddy was extremely knowledgeable and knew every detail of the bike and answered all of my questions. We spent a good couple of hours going over the details of the road glide limited and the difference between my 2020 CVO street glide that I planned on trading in. Since I do a lot of long distance touring he helped me make the decision to go ahead and switch to the road glide. He also helped me pick out the important accessories I needed to add to the bike to make it my own for my touring needs. He took me over to Chris in the parts department to order the heated seat, Led lights, and other miscellaneous accessories. Chris even called me the next day to schedule my accessory install date. After coming to an agreement to purchase the bike I sat down with Lou and discussed finance terms and I feel like he really took care of me on my trade.

I have not been more pleased with the high standards of customer service I received at this dealership. I am beyond pleased with the people I met to help me purchase my new ride. Very professional and a no pressure to buy environment which is extremely important to me. I am very happy with my decision and highly recommend giving Freddy a visit on your next motorcycle purchase!

Texas Harley. An experience unlike any other. I have not only personally worked at Harley Davidson dealerships, I have also been a long time customer of Harley Davidson products. I had the distinct pleasure of meeting Mason here at this dealership. Most sales representatives are easy to forget, but Mason has reignited a deep love for Harley Davidson for me. He was extremely knowledgeable on the new lineups coming out, he was always honest about the finances and logistics behind the bikes at the dealership, and even took the time to make me feel like we were friends. Wow!! Everything is bigger in Texas!! What an amazing dealership. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was great too! The merchandise selection was great too! We came in from East Texas and it worth the drive.
